Delivery Information
Tracked & Untracked Delivery
Tru Tension uses a combination of Evri International and Royal Mail/AusPost untracked 48 for standard delivery, this is normally a 10-14 day delivery service but is not a tracked or guaranteed timed service. You have the option to pay a little extra at the checkout to upgrade to this is normally a faster service with tracking but is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service.
Warehouse Locations
If the product states on the product page that it comes from Australia then it will come from our Australian warehouse however items that don’t detail shipping from Australia will come from the UK warehouse and therefore may take longer to arrive.
Weekend orders
Our offices and warehouses are closed over the weekend and therefore orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the week commencing.
Stocked Items
Whilst we endeavor to stock as many items as we can, it is impossible to have every single item and part available. If an item is listed as out of stock or on backorder we cannot ship this item until the new stock comes in. If there are any problems with deliveries, we will inform you as soon as possible.
